Terms and conditions

The website weblegalaid.com (and related domains) as well as the trademark and any activity in the management of the platform called "WebLegalAid" are owned by the SAGL, CHE-377.072.510, registered in the Swiss business register on 13/5 /2013.

The user who accepts the terms and conditions of the service confers on the WebLegalAid platform the task of requesting a legal opinion from one of the lawyers who collaborate with the platform.

The task of WebLegalAid is to present to the lawyer the situation shown by the user and in the first instance assess whether or not there are grounds for a legal case based on the relevant legislation. WebLegalAid will inform, free of charge, the user on what has been assessed in this first phase. The processing of personal data provided by the user will be carried out as per the policy "Privacy and processing of personal data" available on the website www.weblegalaid.com.

In the event that the situation presented by the user shows legal importance, the platform will submit to the user the choice to officially request a legal opinion, for a total cost of 150 euros, and at the same time designate the lawyer who will draft this opinion.
The user, who will become a customer, can make the payment by credit card through the PayPal circuit, in the registered account of the SAGL Sterlino. It should be noted that the credit card data of the customer will never be made available to the SAGL Sterlino, not only for ownership but also for consultation, Sterlino SAGL will never come into possession of it.
Payment information will be managed and known only to PayPal Holdings, Inc. Sterlino SAGL therefore, having never come into contact with such data, will not be held responsible in any way for their loss or their theft.

Upon payment, the customer will receive, if possible within 48 hours, the legal opinion prepared by the lawyer who will be sent as an attachment by email to the box registered by the user when sending the request.
The professional who draws up the opinion is a freelancer qualified to practice the profession of lawyer. The opinion is in no way compiled or created by Sterlino SAGL, which plays a role of simple intermediation between the client and the lawyer who writes the opinion. Therefore, nothing can therefore be demanded by the SAGL Sterlino, even as a responsibility for the content of the legal advice forwarded, if not limited to the payment of 150 euros collected via the WebLegalAid platform.

INFORMATIONS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In Information on the processing of personal data.
The SAGL Pound, owner of the platform called WebLegalAid, will be in possession of data relating to you, also acquired verbally, qualified as "personal data".
In this case the Sterlino SAGL, is obliged to have the subject interested in responding to the quality requirements, which in any case must be correct, lawful and transparent, protecting your privacy and your rights. We provide you with the following information:

Nature of the data

1. We process your personal and fiscal data necessary for the performance of contractual relationships. 2. We are not in possession of any data that can be qualified as sensitive or of a judicial nature. 3. In order to carry out certain processing of some of your data, it is provided that you consent to the processing, by means of your declaration.

Purpose of the treatment

4. Your data are processed in relation to contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of legal and tax obligations. 5. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

6. The processing of data is done through the use of tools and procedures suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality and can be carried out either by paper, or through the use of electronic tools.

Obligation or power to provide data and consequences of any refusal

With regard to the data that we are obliged to know, in order to fulfill the obligations established by law, regulations and Community legislation, or by provisions issued by Authorities legitimated by law and by supervisory and control bodies, the failure to provide them will result in the inability to establish or continue the relationship, in so far as such data are necessary for the execution of the same. 8. 10. Your data will not be "disseminated" by us, with this term being intended to give knowledge to indeterminate subjects in any way, including through their mass available or consultation. 11. Your data may instead be "communicated" by us, with this term meaning to give it information to one or more specific subjects, in the following terms: a) to persons in charge within our Company to process your data, and in particular to the employees of the administration office, the employees of the sales office, the employees of the technical office; b) to subjects who can access the data by virtue of the provision of law, regulation or community legislation, within the limits set by these rules; c) to subjects who need access to your data for purposes auxiliary to the relationship between you and us, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks entrusted to them; d) lawyers who collaborate with the platform and who produce under our intermediation the legal advice to be sold, within the limits necessary to carry out their duties at our company, after our letter of appointment that imposes the duty of confidentiality and security in the processing of your data.

Your rights

12. You can exercise against us the following rights:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as of the purposes and methods of the processing and the logic applied in case processing with electronic tools; b) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed; c) obtain the updating, rectification and integration of your data; d) object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
